I was accountable for developing, managing, and executing the operational strategies for this digital marketing agency. I hired and managed a team of 10+ marketers, both local and remote. Working closely with the CEO, I created and implemented new systems, internal policies, workflows, and processes that addressed both technical and people operations.I joined Obu Interactive in a difficult period for the company and faced many complex challenges due to the drain of processes and systems in recent management changes. My responsibility was to salvage and challenge those operational fundamentals to meet the team's and clients' needs. I created custom monthly marketing packages for realtors and real estate agents nationwide. Many of my branding services involved social media management, print ad design, email marketing, and content creation. In terms of lead generation, I created custom landing pages paired with social media advertising to capture qualified leads looking to buy or sell in their respective areas.

The SAN Lady Project connects, inspires, and showcases awesome women doing amazing things in San Diego through events, membership, and community engagement.My role involved leading bi-weekly networking events for women in the local area to connect. My chapter's focus was entrepreneurship, so I collaborated with small business owners on such events to showcase their businesses and provide resources. Much of my responsibilities involved event marketing, networking, and community engagement. I led a small team of women who assisted me in these events, and our launch party garnered 70+ local women and business owners in the San Diego area!
