Establishes and leads the execution of a winning go to market strategy to high yield markets, with a focus geared to maximize revenue, pipeline growth and market share for NAVEX Global. I work directly with sales and solutions teams and be accountable for profits within their product responsibility. My responsibilities include proactively working with customers, sales & solution management, partners, and prospects to identify new solutions and industry specific product requirements. I am also responsible for sales team training, sales tools development, assist with proposals and support sales presentations.
