As the founder of the Local Ladies Club I built a brand around well-being, self development and luxury lifestyle. Connecting women who share these passions and running events on a weekly schedule, for a tight knit community of over 3,500.- Responsible for the social media including building and updating the website, email campaigns, writing and scheduling content, launching new services and events.- Connecting with high end restaurants, vineyards, yacht owners, catering companies and negotiating costs.-Creating a budget and a financial forecast.- Selling tickets.-Engaging with party guests, ensuring their needs were met and addressing any concerns.-Organised and facilitated games and activities, creating a fun and memorable experience for all.-Provided excellent customer service, a buzzing community and exceptional feedback, creating sell out events.

The event Manager of 'The Yellow, Mia Praia', a 5 star beach hotel in Portugal of 550pax. It was my responsibility to create and run the events schedule.- Hosted the welcome meeting for up to 250 guests.-Ran the morning yoga and well-being classes.-Managed the cheee and wine tasting, cocktail making workshops, spa events, pool parties, evening entertainment and guided guests around the local area.-Delegated various tasks to create new events to increase the hotels services.- Trained a team of staff members, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a high quality service.- Analysed and implemented the customers feedback to maintain and elevate the hotels high reputation.

The job role of a director involved numerous tasks such as office organization which involved being proficient in time management, the ability to prioritize and various computer skills. Another task involved research where I demonstrated the ability to work as an individual, presented multi platform understanding maintained focus and proactive in the decisions made. Key responsibilities involved liaising with crew members about all technical requirements, detailed preparation in order to provide crew members with accurate instructions and the ability to work closely with all team members to maintain the correct vision for the programme. Other tasks involved time coding footage which required tight focus and final cut pro skills, scheduling interviews which included high communication skills and managing project plans and script writing which encapsulated creative writing, negotiation and self motivation.
