- Define and set up Raiser's Edge data integrity standards to create up-to-date and accurate data. - Identify donor prospects using ResearchPoint metrics for annual and major gift appeals. - Maintain accurate data using available tools to record changed addresses, deaths, or identify duplicates.- Conduct individual Donor Prospect Research and wealth screenings using ResearchPoint, Google, and social media to match prospective donors to existing programs. - Work with Baptist Health Accountants and consultants to maintain accurate records in Financial Edge software.- Coordinate with multiple departments to collect financial information for tracking in Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.- Compile donor lists and reports for team members as needed, - Write and edit content for donor stewardship, annual giving solicitations, year end letters, and project specific letters.- Process forms and supporting documents for internal transfer and external invoice payments. - Train and provide support for team members of various skill levels in using the Blackbaud suite of databases.
