I am absolutely committed to succeeding in everything that I do. I take pride in learning the business from the bottom up. Working with customers as a loan processor fueled my motivation for seeing Home Lending projects take flight. I know that customers are the driver for the business and in turn technology. Technology exists because of customers. This mentality has motivated me and kept me determined in everything I do, and my reason for maintaining integrity. One of the things that I love doing is seeing others exceed. I am extremely proud to help my teammates, employees, and co-workers learn new things that make them more successful. I enjoy mentoring and helping others develop their skills. And in turn, I enjoy learning from others! I like to partner with individuals that are also interested in being vessels for change. I 100% believe in encouraging collaboration and creativity. If just one problem, no matter how small, can be made better then the teamwork is worth it!! I take pride in the relationships I build and help to create by introducing motivated peers. I know the value of encouraging everyone to succeed, and it is what makes my jobs so satisfying.Working as a technologist in the last five years after having grown up in the business, I have had the immense pleasure of shepherding a wide array of initiatives through to the finish line. The list is diverse, including but not limited to the implementation of FHA and VA products into a new loan originations system, the upgrade of Tandem OS and chipset on Payments front end authorizations systems, and a terminal management system utilizing a micro-services architecture with integration to external vendor applications and servicing applications.My experiences have taken me on quite the journey, touching many facets of the banking and technology industries.
