Worked as a Social Worker in the Children Looked After and Care Leavers team with experiencing working in the Public Law Outline and Child Protection. I worked as a partner in a team where I assisted my work colleagues to reach specific targets. I trained new staff and ensured they represent the company's values. I worked front office on tills and did some back office duties. I also made and respond to telephone calls where I dealt with customer queries and rarely their complaints.

I have worked as a telephone interviewer for three years with different companies. They were all part time positions and I had to leave because it was too far away from where I study. This role involved phoning up members of the public to carry out surveys commissioned by the Government and banks. In this employment I learned to communicate effectively and precisely while inputting datadirectly into a computer that was based on their responses. I also learned how to calm situations where someone was not keen to answer questions and may have been verbally abusive. I can say my telephone manner greatly improved in this role and I gained skills in providing excellent customer service.
