Lead Delta Air Lines’ Arrest Record Review (ARR) Team – an investigative entity of five employees within Employee Relations tasked with investigating and adjudicating off-duty employee criminal offenses that may be in violation of the Transportation Security Administration’s disqualifying crimes and/or Delta’s policiesKey Accomplishments:1. Assisted in the development of the inaugural ARR team through strategy and process alignment with cross-divisional partners, creation of Standard Operating Procedures, and hiring and training of new employees. 2. Collaborated with in-house IT and data and analytics partners to design a centralized case management system for ARR cases and identify accurate data sources to create an automated reporting process.3. Serve as DEI Ambassador for HR – a position that serves to amplify the DEI strategy within the organization by overseeing the HR DEI council, curating DEI events, and promoting DEI efforts through departmental communications

Led a team of one full-time employee and two contractors to investigate allegations of off-duty criminal misconduct by Airport Customer Service (ACS) employees. Supported HR colleagues with caseloads by conducting allegations of employee or pass rider misconduct while utilizing travel benefits as well as allegations of employee workplace misconduct.

Investigated allegations of employee or pass rider misconduct while utilizing travel benefits, such asinappropriate conduct on flights or at the airport, transporting pets for profit, or other allegations in violation of Delta Air Lines’ employee travel policies

Addressed reports of discrimination and harassment, sexual misconduct, and amorous relationships through formal adjudication processes (investigations) and informal processes (educational sessions, meetings with managers, etc.).Key Accomplishments:1. Designed and launched a restorative justice resolution process for students to address allegations of discrimination and harassment in response to an influx of reports involving social media posts, thereby allowing students to have more agency and representation in the process. 2. Upgraded the online report system to allow individuals to add pronouns to the reporting form to create a more inclusive outreach process. 3. Volunteered as a restorative justice facilitator and community representative for the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.

Served as the single system-level investigator for 26 public colleges and universities in the University System of Georgia. Investigated allegations of sexual misconduct and conducted extensive multi-day trainings for employees across all campuses to instruct them on how to investigate and respond to reports of sexual misconduct. Key Accomplishments:1. Implemented business process improvements to increase department productivity and efficiency, including designing and implementing a post-training assessment to receive and assess feedback from participants, and developing and launching a training session on inclusive investigative practices. 2. Used the collected data from the assessments to provide recommendations to senior leadership on training content and delivery.

Conducted investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct, discrimination and harassment, and retaliation. Key Accomplishments: 1. Designed and Launched TellKSU, a campaign and website to increase visibility for on-campus resources for individuals who have experienced sexual misconduct. The website instructed visitors on how to report incidents, how to be an effective bystander, how to seek assistance, and how to support individuals who have experienced sexual misconduct. 2. Developed and facilitated on-campus diversity, equity, and inclusion and Title IX and interpersonal violence prevention trainings for faculty, staff, and students. 3. Designed, piloted, and implemented in-person bystander intervention training for employees and students to reduce incidents of sexual misconduct within the campus community.
