Led grantseeking process for the mission and programs of the YMCA's 23 centers, 5 camps and human services programs. Led fundraising efforts with national private foundations and organizations for largest domestic hunger relief charity. Oversaw foundation revenue of $15 million and expense budget of $250,000. Secured and stewarded 7-figure gifts, with results including $7.5 million grant from The Lincy Foundation and $5 million from Idol Gives Back Foundation. Served as relationship manager for developing new national foundation relationships, including cultivation and solicitations with foundations and organizations such as The Kresge Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Ford Foundation, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, among others.

Led fundraising efforts for corporate development including sponsorships, restricted grants and unrestricted support and consistently exceeded revenue goals of $2 million annually. Oversaw fulfillment of 30+ corporate events at the festival annually. Supervised group sales program ($500,000 annual ticket revenue and additional 50+ catered events). Managed team of up to 5 staff.

Led team in fundraising efforts for $750,000 annual fund and completion of $1.8 million campaign. Planned and implemented individual giving program, including growing number of individual donors by 90% in two years. Initiated face-to-face solicitations with major donors and prospects and served as primary relationship manager for major donors. Supervised 2 professional staff.

Provided overall strategy for corporate, foundation and government fundraising plan raising $2.5 million of overall $5 million annual contributed revenue goal.
