A senior strategic leader who provides senior-level administrative support and functions as the key administrative support in the management, coordination, evaluation, and implementation of the operations of the Alumni & Career Connections team. Leads a high functioning alumni relations team providing strategic leadership to ensure alumni find value for continued engagement and support of University initiatives and mission advancement. Responsible for providing strategic direction to the Career Connections team ensuring and advancing networks of alumni, corporations, community stakeholders and students to create strong connections.

-Serve the University’s growing network of 17,000+ alumni and friends worldwide while working closely with members of the campus community, the alumni board and the student alumni association to build upon the excellent foundation already established in Walsh’s alumni relations outreach.-Lead outreach efforts to Walsh University’s alumni through the planning and oversight of strategic events, recognition programs, networking opportunities, and volunteer programs.-Advise and work with various internal constituents, campus departments, and alumni groups to provide consultation on best practices in working with alumni and friends of the University.

- Champion and lead the coordination and logistics for the Foodbank's major fundraising campaigns including Harvest for Hunger and Holiday.- Manage the food and fund appeal program ensuring the yearly revenue goal is achieved.- Provide leadership in the management of the organization's volunteer program creating a climate of teamwork collaboration and engagement.- Oversee cause marketing promotions, third party and online fundraisers—evaluate and revise to improve efficiency and profitability.-Lead the process of cultivating relationships with organizations and schools through various strategies including speaking engagements and food and funds drives.

- Build rapport, solicit gifts, cultivate relationships and coordinate with 200+ businesses, organizations and schools by recruiting food and funds drives.- Develop and execute timeline, meetings, budget analysis, reporting, material management, tracking and follow-up of the Foodbank’s major fundraising campaigns—Harvest for Hunger and Hunger-Free Families.- Lead team of internal and external relationships for largest single-day drive by and donate event in the community--Increased revenue 110% since 2015.- Oversee cause marketing promotions and third party fundraisers—evaluate and revise to improve efficiency and profitability

- Support efforts and implementation of the Foodbank's food and fund drive campaigns.- Manage the Harvest for Hunger and Hunger-Free Families campaigns, promotions and third party fundraisers.- Provide in-depth and thorough analysis and tracking of all campaigns.

- Serve as liaison in the community for speaker’s bureaus and member activities.- Oversee fundraisers, donor cultivation and the volunteer program.- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Farm and the Pantry, including the use of social media.
