Support Corporate, Field Sales, R&D, and Distribution Center employees with human resource related issues and needs. As the first point of contact for employees, I assist with employee relation issues, trouble shoot with HRIS questions and errors, manage worker’s compensation claims, manage employee leave of absences, and serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues. I also consult with managers in internal movement decisions, transfers, promotions, job enhancements, and ensure decisions are in line with company policy and leveling guides. I am responsible for full cycle recruitment of all open positions, to include management of applicant tracking, candidate identification and screening, college career fair participation, communicating with third party recruiters, offer negotiation, and recommending recruitment strategies and approaches. I also manage the on-boarding and exiting of all employees, assist with recognition, engagement, and training programs for the organization.
