At Instahub, our primary goal is to produce high-quality devices and systems that can efficiently monitor energy usage. In my position, I was responsible for managing and updating the company's database schema for development projects using MySQL. Additionally, I implemented unsupervised machine learning algorithms for long-term usage within the company, developed lifetime models on AWS from the backend, and collaborated with the UI/UX team to deliver analysis results using various programming languages like SQL and Python.

Through lab research and collaboration with a major canned beverage manufacturer in Taiwan, I developed predictive models for tea varieties, seasons, and ingredients. My goal was to help the company maintain consistent product quality, and my efforts were recognized with a silver medal in the thesis competition at a conference. To create these models, I conducted experiments to collect spectral data of dried leaves, processed the data, and utilized machine learning techniques such as PLSR, CARS, SVM, and KNN to develop regression and classification models for tea constituents, varieties, and seasons.
