Create comprehensive space plans that optimize flow, functionality, and efficiency whilecomplying with regulatory standards.- Collaborates closely with clients, project stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements into the overall projects.- Creates detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, to communicate the design intent for construction documentation. Ensure quality control on all deliverables.- Prepares specifications and schedules for materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).- Creates compelling visual presentations and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.- Writes and Responds to RFI, issue ASI, reviews shop drawings and submittals. Attend site visits and inspections to ensure that the installed materials and finishes meet the specified standards and quality expectations during the construction phase.
