Processed and managed all accounts payable for property as well as completing all monthly reports such as Gross Potential Rent (GPR), Variance report, etc. Achieved budgeting and Net Operating Income goals set for the property while also maintaining resident satisfaction. Worked with maintenance team to ensure all work orders were being completed promptly and efficiently while receiving 5 star SatisFacts reviews from residents. Oversaw a multi-million dollar renovation and helped lease property to 97% occupancy.
