Facilitate in the management of clients concerns regarding their home repairs to ensure a satisfactory resolution is reached. Complete inbound and outbound calls to/from clients providing helpful and accurate service to help improve the client experience. Construct professional emails as another form of communication between all parties. Collect estimates/ invoices and create expense requests to share with accounting to ensure accurate payments are sent to clients. Document and organize timelines from start to finish regarding repairs/ escalations. All other duties assigned.
