As General Manager and Counsel, I had responsibility for the management of the Integrated Recovery Services department, providing legal collections services to clients of all sizes. I was responsible for executing the department's client strategy which included collaborating with customers to provide best in class risk management and ongoing compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations.

Through my practice in the class actions group, I represented plaintiffs in a variety of matters including product liability disputes, financial services and securities proceedings, consumer law violations, technology and intellectual property law issues, price-fixing, and other competition law disputes. I was involved in all stages of litigation, from the investigation and case development stages through to complex drafting and resolution strategies.

My litigation practice covered a broad range of issues, including personal injury matters, labour and employment issues, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. I represented both individuals and organizations of all sizes before the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and various administrative tribunals.
