Perform image cropping, resizing and adjusting to ensure right size and better quality. Create templates for business and promotional materials. Support new and ongoing ad-campaigns by developing post cards and ad materials. Design everything from logos and letterheads to posters and invitations.

Update packaging and perform prepress set ups on print ready art for RJ Reynolds, Anheuser Busch, Nestle, Purina, Mars, and GE. Job responsibilities include: standardizing color builds for print production, apply knowledge of technical files and print production information such as color management and file formatting, set up large format die lines, bleeds, embellishment layers (gold, foil, varnish, etc), apply typography skills to format packaging design within brand guidelines.

Manage all stationery and paper products through the custom stationery side of the business. Meet with brides to bring to life their vision of wedding stationery. Design custom party and event stationery. Manage and design all aspects of internal marketing materials, from social media, website, print and more. Run small production print jobs on the in-house printing and finishing machines. Work with all small businesses on any marketing materials needed (business cards, postcards, signage, flyers and more!)

STATIONERY SPECIALIST:PIP Printing has a sister brand called Pip Pip Hooray, specializing in wedding and event stationery. I managed the marketing, production and workflow for this brand. Job duties included: meeting with brides for consultations; making the clients overall look and feel for their event come to life via their invitations and other stationery; organized the companies participation in bridal shows; marketing the brand via social media.

I was responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing solutions to support the growth and expansion of New Horizons' services. I designed email campaigns, sales flyers, mailings, and signage (to list a few) using the Adobe Creative Suites software. I also developed content across social media channels, including blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos and ensure adherence to company brand standards.

Received and scheduled customer requests such as service initiations and terminations, meter installations/removals, gas leaks, and electric outages. Secured necessary information/documentation from customers such as medical equipment registry, medical certificates, proper identification, etc. Explained company policies and procedures to customers and respond to customer inquiries concerning billing rates, payment plans, etc. and took appropriate action. Responded promptly to emergency situations and document pertinent information. Actively contributed to team and contact center assignments including various overtime assignments.

I managed and coordinated the reproduction and assembly of graphic design materials. I developed a procedure for design standards and efficiency in the graphics department to increase quality. The design department worked closely with the sales team and production team to make sure all projects were at the best quality for print. I resolved problems/issues with the sales teams and CSRs through phone/email inquiries, effective communication, and time-management skills.
