NetHire started as a job distribution service, but has evolved over the years to be a complete sourcing and recruitment services organization. NetHire now offers job distribution, full recruiting, career site development, social media applications and an Applicant Tracking System. My role at NetHire has evolved over the years. My role is wide and my day-to-day responsibilities vary. I am responsible for all post-sales operations in regards to client satisfaction, onboarding initiatives, product design and strategic partnerships. What this means is that one day I can be working with partners to integrate into our applicant tracking system and the next I can be working with designers to plan our next system feature. I work with great people within our sales, marketing, operations and IT departments on a daily basis and am responsible for identifying trends or opportunities to improve our product offering and then designing and overseeing development, testing and launch of new technology.
