• Create and maintain training materials and guides for both internal and external stakeholders

• Publicize college preparation events for high school students and their families throughout Wisconsin via posted flyers, online posts and through news media
• Collaborate with other staff and departments on the creation of reporting spreadsheets and forms, webinar presentations and set-up, and various other documents used across positions and departments

• Manage the design, ordering, and usage of various marketing materials, including informational brochures, articles, and newsletters
• Execute print production and distribution for mass mailings to investment advisors throughout the U.S.
• Serve as marketing representative and executive assistant to a team of over ten employees located both locally and throughout the United States
• Organize various company and client events for up to 150 attendees
• Coordinate attendance of staff at conferences, along with delivery of marketing materials and displays for conferences and presentations
• Maintain and oversee company-wide contact management system
