I have 11 years' experience working in the nonprofit sector, including 6 years at Right To Play, where I coordinated the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) operations for a life skills program designed to support outcomes for Indigenous youth.I am also an artist, specializing in collage, embroidered photos, and multimedia pieces. Currently I am on the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team at Canadian Feed the Children, where I strive to put into practice the organization’s decolonizing and community-led approach.
