Project: Bank of America Short Sales and Deed in Lieu As a Team Lead I was responsible for developing production associates to achieve individual, company and client goals, while overseeing the work activities of assigned production associates. I was accountable for supporting the quality performance and sales skills of agents by providing accurate responses to questions with a sense of urgency during call processing. I must ensure that associates received continuous development training in an effort to improve ability to serve the client. I assisted with identifying areas where additional training is needed based on performance. I coached, trained and developed to achieve quality performance. I monitored productivity in an effort to ensure that goals are attained. I implemented specific Affirmative Action Plan guidelines set forth by West Business Services to meet established goals. As a Customer Care Representative, I was responsible for answering inbound calls and properly identifying the reason for the call to make certain that I properly relay desired information to the customer. The project assists callers who are facing Foreclosure and it requires that I have the ability to be empathetic and to express this on each call when needed. It has honed my outstanding skills for problem solving and active listening.

Project: Saxon Mortgage Handled customer inquiries, complaints and payment extension service requests. Provided outstanding ability to efficiently resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.

Project: Morgan Stanley – HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) Handled calls from customers desiring to appeal a freeze on their accounts. Responsible for correctly requesting appeal letters.

Handled patient prescription call requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing.
