Product Owner of Focus and Delta, two Sales CRM applications in charge of representing the “voice of the customer.”My role is to manage and improve my applications, while creating and fostering value with my end stakeholders. To ensure success, our team partakes in regular PI Planning sessions so we stay aligned with our companies mission and values, while constantly engaging and working with the customers. By maintaining and prioritizing the development team’s backlog, I ensure the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver what is aligned within the program and portfolio objectives.• Work closely with Product Management, Internal stakeholders, and Technology to develop roadmaps that support the vision and strategy.• Own, maintain, refine and prioritize development team backlog(s) to ensure we output accurate and efficient results to our end users.• Successfully migrated applications into a new company and then proceeded migrating one into Dynamics Unified Interface.
