About Stephanie Lusich-Armas

In May 2017, I graduated from Evergreen Valley College Nursing Program. I did my preceptorship in Labor and Delivery at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where I gained lots of hands on experience. Under the supervision of my preceptor I planned, coordinated, and provided high quality of care to our patients. I also individualized patient care using all the components of the nursing process. I am a very self-motived individual as I am currently enrolled in an online RN-BSN program at Capella University with an end goal of receiving my Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Nursing Education. My interpersonal skills are excellent and I love interacting with all backgrounds, my clinical rotations at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center gave me the experience of working with a diverse patient population and a respect for cultural differences. In addition to my nursing skills, I developed strong communication skills as a peer-led team learning workshop leader. In my third semester of nursing school I guided andmentored first semester students through clinical scenarios to help increase and solidify their knowledge.
