Current● Assigned to coach 4 onboarding agents to aid them in learning and applying Progressive’s processes andprocedures as Multi-Product Agents.● Audited 5 calls per week, per agent to improve their overall quality and performance.● Facilitated 2 coaching sessions per week, per agent to discuss opportunities for improvement andprovide applicable steps.● Facilitated 2 Auto role plays and 6 Home role plays to assist agents with transitioning into their role ineach phase of training● Documented all coaching sessions and call audits and submitted documentation for supervisors toreview.● Participated in 3 Phase Progression meetings to discuss agent’s progress throughout training andcoaching plan.● Supported and equipped agents throughout training by providing them with resources, encouragement,and applicable steps on being successful in their roles.● Oversaw 3 agents successfully graduate training and hit the floor as Multi-Product Agents.
