Celebrating Breyer's 70th Anniversary in 2020, I am proud to have carefully curated a lifestyle brand inspiring thousands of children to share their Breyer experiences through YouTube videos and attracting 34K+ fans from around the world to the annual BreyerFest multigenerational family festival. In 2020, Breyer was a finalist for both the National Toy Hall of Fame, as well as the Equine Industry Vision Award.ACCELERATING PROFITABLE GROWTH THROUGH MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERTISE Prior to joining Breyer, I managed public relations and events for the U.S. Equestrian Federation. Shortly after joining parent company Reeves International as the Editor of Breyer's Just About Horses Magazine, I took on the management of BreyerFest. Following my promotion to Marketing Manager overseeing all marketing and communications, I was promoted to Director of Marketing and Product Development to sustain Breyer's quality and improve profitability throughout the transition of manufacturing to China. Developing an expertise in overseas product design and costing, I launched 150+ new SKUs per year, negotiated licensing agreements with major entertainment studios generating millions in revenue, and marketed and expanded the company's e-commerce business.FOSTERING TEAMWORK AND A COMPETITIVE SPIRITAn enthusiastic equestrian, triathlon competitor and animal welfare supporter, I approach each new business challenge with a competitive and compassionate spirit to win over the hearts and minds of consumers and inspire lifelong fans.
