Marketing Director
Current*Direct the overall company and consumer brand US Marketing strategies by developing and managing business goals, measuring KPIs and improving ROI for our B2B and D2C lines of business. *Manage the entire marketing budget, creatively allocating important resources and ensuring efficient use of company funds*Build collaborative relationships at all levels of the company and across functional teams, working closely with the President & Executive V.P. to align the marketing team with company goals & brand strategies*Develop long-term and short-term strategies on a calendar for all campaigns related to email, social, print, digital, tradeshows/events and PR, with a focus on data-driven approach.*Drive regional sales with trade marketing programs and focusing on promotional strategies for independent retailers.*Develop and execute all web initiatives & design strategies to improve SEO performance, drive qualified website traffic & increase conversion rate. Analyze all web metrics & decide further action.*Create and negotiate annual media plans with trade magazines, consumer magazines, and agencies. *Act as project manager, providing creative direction, deadlines, and priorities in the following areas:- Digital Marketing - Website Development- Email Marketing- Paid Search- Social Media Marketing- Tradeshow / Retailer Events- Print Advertising- Public Relations
