Ms. Manis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, where she graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she worked on the Entertainment Law Review as a staff writer. While attending Loyola Law School, Ms. Manis also served as a Certified Law Student with the Youth Justice Education Clinic. As a member of this clinic, she represented juveniles in obtaining services such as Individual Education Plans and Regional Center services.
