The Jones Group Inc. is a leading global designer, marketer and wholesaler of premiere brands with product expertise in apparel, footwear, jeanswear and accessories. Nationally recognized brands include Jones New York, Anne Klein and Nine West. The company also markets directly to consumers through branded specialty retail and outlet stores, through concessions at upscale department stores and e-commerce sites.Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing programs that aid brand initiatives and sales plans for retail and wholesale divisions. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Coordinate the design and production of national campaign assets and brand specific marketing collateral. Key initiatives include seasonal in-store graphics order and rollout, event collateral design and production, and additional in-store branding initiatives. • Planning, execution and participation in programs with national sponsorships (e.g. Women of Influence). Includes the preparation of engaging brand collateral, style event/seminar booth setup and on-site customer engagement. • Liaising with PR firm on sample loans for editorial opportunities, planning and execution of customer events, fact checking for editorial placements, attaining product for celebrity dressing opportunities and assisting in building brand stories for editorial. • Work closely with 3rd party vendors and retail coordinator team to ensure shop layout and fixtures are to brand standards. Coordinate the production of any fixture replacement needs or new rollouts to key doors.• Responsible for uploading images and romance copy to wholesale e-commerce. Working closely with the digital team to realign product to brand standard and enhance the UX.• Coordinate the design, submission and testing of weekly retail e-blast. • Assist the Director in developing annual budget and maintain account reconciliations to ensure consistent internal control.

Responsible for increasing product awareness, brand loyalty and increasing sales through strong product presentations and education at store level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Impact the consistency of product presentation and standards through store visits, coaching sessions with specialists, and through communication with senior management. • Communicate specific stock opportunities through appropriate account channels to maximize volume potential.• Initiate regular communication with stores regarding merchandising, awareness of POS changes, advertising and sales results.• Partner with marketing team to review and correct fixture deficiencies and assist with the rollout of new fixture or marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with senior coordinator to strategize, plan and execute seasonal event strategy. • Provide wardrobe and styling advice for VIP broadcast personalities, contest winners and other exclusive clients.
