I believe:1. That we need to create the best possible future for our children as they are the leaders of tomorrow.2. That the best companies create a flexible, nurturing environment for their employees.3. That women need to be paid the same as men.4. That our employees, clients and providers need to be treated with the same level of respect and generosity.5. If employees, clients or providers do not afford us the the same level of respect and generosity that we do for them, they do not need to be our employees, clients or providers.6. That companies form a part of an ecosystem and everything they can do to make that ecosystem better raises the level of being for all those in the system, including the company. 7. That one must always "Think Big" because life is too short to think otherwise.8. That negativity and complaining only feeds the darkside. 9. That no one can take the moral high ground.
