While in this role, Mercy Health Muskegon was awarded the highest accreditation status available, three-year accreditation with commendation from the American Osteopathic Association.

Experienced with sourcing- for executive and non-executive levels, active and passive recruitment, marketing through external sources, and coordinating interviews for a variety of health care candidates. Engaged in a wide variety of interview types including panel interviews, phone interviews, & "blitz" style interviews.On top of my recruitment duties I have been involved with the following large scale projects:-Development of a regional Mercy Health Organization and Talent Effectiveness Department. Career Exploration is a new and improved version of job shadowing offered to high school, college, and community residents.-In partnership with the Health Sciences- Early College Academy, developed and coordinated a workplace observation program. -Development of a practice leader succession plan for the Saint Mary's campus
