I am part of a program that is integrated in promoting behavioral health care services into primary health care clinics. The goal of the program is to help patients achieve both improved physical and mental health by addressing these needs collaboratively. I work with the primary health care provider team to better address each client's needs and concerns. I use a variety of brief therapy approaches to assist patients challenged by mild to moderate behavioral disorders.

I see indivudal adults, children, adolesecents, family, and couples on a weekly basis. This setting is designed as a private practice.

I work with adolescents and children collaboratively with parents in order to promote healthy behaviors, positive thinking, and better communication among the families. Treatment at the agency is designed for short term therapy implementing CBT techniques and negative thought stopping skills.
