Real estate is very rewarding and at the same time challenging. First and foremost, I LISTEN to my client's needs. I am a negotiator, therapist, mediator, decorator and a consultant. I wear many hats. I truly enjoy 1st time home buyers because they usually need advice and their hands held and I like to help them! However, I have helped many experienced home buyers and love them equally! When I list someone's home, I treat that with huge respect as if it were my own. People moving here from other states excite me because I love diversity! I have lived in Europe and in South America. I am not bragging, I am good at what I do and I genuinely care about people and want to get them what they want while protecting them in the process. That is my top priority. I have been a realtor since 1999 but practiced very little until my children were grown , starting first in Fort Lauderdale , Florida. I was working at the height of the real estate crash of 2008 doing work for the banks and mostly short sales. Born and raised in New Orleans, I decided it was time to come back "home" in 2013. I got my license in 2014. I am very happy to call Louisiana is HOME!!! I also still have my Florida License!
