I've always been interested in what drives people's behaviour which is what initially led me to marketing. With a strong background in marketing, communications and branding, and a focus on B2B, my experience has been varied from working in a three person strong startup through to my current role in a global advisory firm.Leading and managing teams has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy working with team members to empower, coach and enable them to be better marketers. A key strength is my ability to build relationships and trust quickly with stakeholders across all levels of the business. I am a strategic thinker who connects the dots of communication, influence, leadership and vision to drive purposeful change.I am also a Board Director and currently serve on the board of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, an organisation whose purpose is to professionalise management and leadership.
