As the Credentialing Manager at Dental Care Alliance , I complete the initial credentialing and re-credentialing for our dental providers. I have completed credentialing/ re-credentialing applications for more than 500 of our providers across Florida, Maryland and Virginia with all insurances accepted at our offices. As the Credentialing Manager I also: • Trained a team of Credentialing Specialists to use Intellisoft Software to process and submit applications as well as keep track of provider credentials • Maintain compliance for our providers with regulatory and accrediting bodies by reviewing their NPDB reports and requesting updated credentials before expiration dates• Research escalated claims issues when denied or paid out of network due to credentialing discrepancy • Complete initial and re appointment applications for hospital privileges• Collect accurate practitioner information and maintaining Intellisoft updated• Adhere to policies pertaining to insurance carriers such as Cigna, Humana and Florida and Virginia Medicaid

During my summer internship at World Evolve I was able to explore Accounting. My primary duties while there included:•Accurately and promptly preparing invoices for ABA Therapy customers •Compiling and balancing debit and credit card receipts•Posting received payments in QuickBooks to reflect in daily summaries•Using QuickBooks to document weekly employee hours in their respective time sheet

While I worked as a Teller at JP Morgan Chase, I completed hundreds of customer transactions on a daily basis. During my time there I also:•Verified cash and check endorsements, received proper ID for cash back and issued receipts •Bought/sold currency from the vault, ensuring that drawer cash limits were not exceeded. •Processed cash advances, redeemed U.S. Savings Bonds. •Balanced currency and coins in cash drawers at end of shifts•Provided great customer service so customers would continue banking with Chase
