As project coordinator, I was responsible for assisting the project manager on all aspects of the business. I handled emails, phone calls, scheduled meetings, travel arrangements, ordering project materials/supplies, project budgets, and financial reporting of up to 30 projects at any given time while closing out completed projects. These projects required a high level of organization and communication with all levels of personnel inside and outside of the organization. Multi-tasking and being able to troubleshoot problems on the spot weredaily tasks.

In this busy, multiple location practice, I assisted the President daily with various projects and daily operations. Other tasks I was responsible for include employee time off requests, staff schedules, creating office policy and procedures, financial reports, and being available to the staff. This was a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and trouble shoot on the spot was essential.Graves Gilbert Clinic acquired OHP in 2017 and I transitioned over to their employment directly from OHP. During my first six months, I assisted the CEO and the administrative team with the transition of OHP policies, practices and patient data to Graves Gilbert Clinic. After the completion of the transition was complete, I moved into a work from home position of overseeing the Occupational Medicine client accounts.

During my time with Dr. Smith, I managed the daily operations of his practice including his office and hospital needs. I managed the computers, network, and server to ensure daily access to staff. I managed all billings and receivables of over $1 million annually.
