I support both Student Athlete Nutrition (SAN) and Kelly Jones Nutrition as a performance nutrition assistant. I develop social media content, organize the social media calendar, and schedule posts. I develop educational materials and resources for SAN, including articles, monthly newsletters, handouts, assessments, and more.

I taught weekly group fitness classes to members of a Latina-focused nutrition coaching membership founded by Dalina Soto, MA, RD, LDN. I wrote, edited, and published weekly nutrition-focused articles targeting Latinas from a non-diet, HAES, and intuitive eating lens. I led virtual cooking classes in order to build community and teach members how to gain confidence in the kitchen.

I wore many hats in my role as the virtual assistant for DD. I was the lead event planner for the annual DD Summit which consists of creating marketing campaigns, negotiating sponsor partnerships, and providing customer service to over 200 annual attendees. I organized the launch of and manage the DD membership which includes a community social platform, monthly webinars, job boards, and membership support for 400 dietitians and dietetic students. I oversaw the Community Engagement Leader volunteers who develop monthly events and webinars in order to increase membership engagement. I managed the marketing initiatives for the annual Fund the Future Campaign and helped raise over $50,000 in funds during the 2021 year to be directed towards programs and scholarships for dietetic students of color.

I completed a 1-year internship with the Olympic Sports teams. In this role, I managed the fueling station and provided support to over 600 student-athletes. I lead the activities committee in making weekly recipes for “What’s Bruin Wednesday,” planning holiday events for the student-athletes, and creating a sports nutrition cookbook. I developed a partnership between Geffen Academy at UCLA and the Performance Nutrition interns in order to conduct nutrition team talks and provide nutrition consulting services to 6th-12th grade student-athletes.

I started teaching at Yoga Garden SF a week before SF went into lockdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. I helped the studio transition to an online format by subbing and picking up extra classes. Overall, I taught three weekly yoga classes both in person and online. I specialized in Power Flow and Flow, Core & Restore formats and had a strong group of returning students.

As the lead yoga teacher, I worked alongside the studio owner and general manager to open up a new yoga studio during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I recruited, managed, and worked to inspire the yoga teaching staff to continue teaching exceptional Y6 classes virtually and outdoors while abiding by COVID-19 restrictions. I acted as liaison between the YogaSix corporate team and studio owner by attending weekly meetings and trainings with the Director of Education and VP of Sales & Marketing.

As a digital account manager, I oversaw WMG's strategic relationship with 10+ digital partners across a broad spectrum of services with aggregate annual revenues of $5M+. The services of the digital partners included streaming, internet radio, background music, audio recognition, and hi-res.

As the Executive Assistant to the President of ADA, I managed schedule, travel, expenses and other various administrative duties for the President. I utilized my exceptional event planning skills by leading a team over six months to organize a three-day global team offsite conference along with many other monthly company events and gatherings. I used any spare time to work on special projects related to the development of ADA’s culture as well as support for the digital sales and marketing teams.

As the Executive Assistant at WMG, I provided excellent administrative support to the CEO for 3+ years. My responsibilities included calendar management, coordination of domestic and international travel, and completion and tracking of reimbursement for expenses for the CEO’s multiple businesses. I assisted in large-scale events such as WMG’s Grammy party, iHeart Radio backstage lounge, and the yearly Global Presidents Conference.

As a yoga teacher at Y7 Studio, I taught challenging yet intelligently sequenced vinyasa classes to a curated hip-hop playlist in a dark, candle-lit, heated room. I guided students each week to tune into their bodies and focus on their breath. I also led Y7's weekly pop-up class at the LINE Hotel by teaching yoga to 40+ students.

I began working for Meltwater Group as a junior at the University of San Francisco and accepted a full-time position with the company upon graduation as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. After 6 months, I was transferred to New York to provide support for the east coast sales teams. In that role, I managed a two-person team to ensure receivables were posted to the ledger and account discrepancies were resolved, assisted with contract revision on new incoming worldwide clients, and redesigned our invoicing system to increase the efficiency of on-time payments.
