• Providing health teaching to campers/ staff including hydration, sun protection, appropriate diet and maintaining of fluids during colds and GI illnesses during camp, nutrition during meals.

• Assisted with daily nutritional intake, in particular for stroke patients or residents with physical limitations or other coordination challenges, monitoring/ re- orienting residents with Dementia.
• Weekly skin assessments including observation and wound care for development and treatment of pressure ulcers, signs of skin tears, abrasions, bruises or other skin concerns noted.
• Nursing assessments for risk for falls and post fall incidences including level of consciousness, risk for head injury, contributing factors to fall and other neurological status of resident, monthly meetings for falls.
