I was a member of the Pet Owner Engagement (POE) Customer Advisory Board (CAB) with Idexx. I helped influence future innovations in the pet owner space to help deliver a practice and pet owner experience that exceeds expectations. I did this through giving direct feedback on projects that were in development.

In January of 2023, I participated in a panel presentation at VMX 2023 entitled "Head in the Clouds - 4 Practitioners on Why They Will Never, EVER, Go Back to Server-Based Software". I also participated in a Webinar version of this presentation in July of 2023. This presentation was intended to draw more veterinary clinics to upgrading to cloud based PMS, rather than a server based PMS. I talked about my experiences and answered questions from the audience.

I have spoken for Merck Animal Health, on a contract basis. I have created and lead presentations on various topics surrounding Veterinary Practice Management, including best onboarding practices and creating effective training programs.

I was a member of an advisory board for Merck and gave feedback/insight on how certain programs/products would be received by the industry and veterinary management. This board helped with the launch Bravecto Plus for Cats in the United States in 2019.
