Strategic Lead, Digital Finance
CurrentDevelop and implement strategy that strengthens consumer protections in digital financial products and services using testing and evaluation, advocating for laws and standards, and creating incentives for companies to build products that prioritize security, privacy, rights of ownership, and good governance.-Establish a new digital finance evaluation program, working cross-functionally with partners from across the organization, including advocacy, survey, testing, and journalism.-Develop a framework to evaluate consumer-facing digital finance products, manage a team to apply the framework to 22 products in 3 categories to date. -Engage companies on the evaluation findings, resulting in pro-consumer shifts at 10 of 22 companies.-Author public reports and coordinate release, including consumer, community, and partnership engagement.
