-Manufactured device components using a milling machine, laser cutter, drill press, sewing machine, additive manufacturing, and power tools while participating in engineering brainstorm, deep dive, and device build sessions-Performed design verification and engineering assessments, created 15 detailed engineering drawings with SolidWorks, and produced assembly instructions for a new device in development -Designed and prototyped a specialized test fixture using CAD to streamline testing processes of device materials -Observed changes in wave form with oscilloscopes across various pulse-width modulations (PWM) and current values using TeraTerm to record and document circuit wave shifts
