In this role it is my responsibility to liaise with our partners in order to obtain new clients for the business. In addition to my previous duties as Property Sourcer - England, it was my responsibility to assist in training new staff, making sure colleagues were supported if needed, opening new cities in England, and carrying out research on potential new cities.

Fundamental role within the company, ensuring good volumes of quality properties are sourced. The key objective is to ensure that all properties sourced meet and/or exceed the criteria required. The impact of this role is that by carrying out the role successfully the process of placing flats with investors’ runs smoothly. In this role, it was my responsibility to manage a small team dealing in customer service, management of space, allocation of space, selling space, and acquiring space. It was a very busy role as the first point of contact with potential users but also as the main point of contact.

I was responsible for ensuring the new online business was run properly and the vision for this business was my responsibility. The main aim was to get as many space owners to sign up to the site in order for us to be able to sell to a wider audience.
