Provide clerical/administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant and the Managing Director functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

•Prospecting/Leads Follow Up, Sales Qualification, Quotations/Proposal Turnover and Follow up, Close/Win Ratio etc.•Monitoring and tracking, quotation submission and close of all renewal quotations/opportunities across all product lines i.e. Microsoft, MBS/Dynamics, McAfee, & ServiceDesk.•Proactively follow up on all leads, quotation requests for software and one off service & support requests i.e. Contact customers to confirm need/requirements and quote for appropriate solutions. Qualify customers based on budget to purchase solution, time line to close, competitive quotations, payment terms etc., Liaise with the appropriate Services Resources to obtain scope of work/services estimate for services/support requests & close sale.•Account Management of Key Corporate & Government Sector Accounts - Planning of technology roadmap and business objectives, access to key decision makers, knowledge of procurement processes, budgeting and competitive activities etc.•Maintain Up-to-date, accurate and realistic update of sales opportunities/pipeline in MS CRM for current month and 2 months going forward.•Maintain Pipeline Health of 5:1 - Quotation submission pipeline (At 60% Stage in CRM) at least 5 times the value of Quarterly GM Target.•Provide onsite Microsoft EA & Select Plus training assistance at CITO on behalf of the Government of Jamaica.
