During Covid, I stepped outside my comfort zone and started my first company.I am grateful for my 18+ years in Media as it opened doors in many ways. I was able to gain diverse experience in Broadcast TV/Radio, Digital & Local programming. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for Tribune Media & Townsquare Media, I led new ideas and go-to-market launch strategies for new programming and digital service. With a passion to help SMBs, growth companies, and Fortune 500 companies alike market for success. While empowering my team to grow and lead in the office and out in the field.In 2019 I started Grow Business Today a marketing and growth agency committed to empowering people, the planet, profit, and purpose to grow business and impact. Two years later with a desire to create a space for others to grow businesses and impact, we launched Grow Hub Gr. Grand Rapids' first female and family-operated purpose-driven incubator and co-working community in downtown Grand Rapid’s Westside.
