About Stephanie Tyson
I'm an accidental librarian who has found her niche using all her creative and artistic skills working with children - and I love it! Though I've loved books and reading all my life, my original pursuit was animation. I wound up in a library instead, and worked my way into a section where I get to act, paint, sing, and have FUN! That's my ultimate goal in life - to have fun with my job and love what I do (though isn't that everyone's?). If there is any way I can be MORE creative and push boundaries, I try to do it. Sometimes people think I'm a little too cavalier- and even I wonder about myself, but in the end it all works out. Or it doesn't. But I learn, and the next thing is better!
Listed skills include Storytelling, Community Outreach, Microsoft Office, Library Services, and 23 others.
