Answering 10+ calls from donors per week regarding giving, shows, general inquiries and complaints. Was able to resolve most questions and complaints without escalation to the Department Director. Promoted to a management role with responsibility for overseeing individual portfolio of 300+ donors, three full-time employees each with their own financial goal, and general department oversite.
