Previously, I led full-cycle recruitment at WarnerMedia and The Estée Lauder Companies, supporting various functions and brands including studio operations (including archives, tour, culinary, custodial, fire, retail), DEI, corporate communications, marketing, creative, design, supply chain, and product development. In my roles as a recruiter, I partnered with sourcers and hiring leaders, grew diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, fostered a positive candidate experience, and developed creative recruitment strategies, tools, processes, templates, and market intelligence analyses.
