• Work effectively with people of different backgrounds and levels to enhance member engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts to meet organizational objectives• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving by coordinating service delivery, proactive identification and resolution of issues to promote positive experiences for members, customers, and prospects• Provide member and customer engagement support at events/conferences by communicating in both English and Spanish• Perform day-to-day department business processes including determining membership eligibility, processing accounting functions, member applications, dues and orders, and follow up with prospective members.• Respond promptly and effectively to member, customer and prospect inquiries and requests for assistance with data submissions, profile updates, product offerings, and member benefit utilization.
