Lead the College's academics in the area of ITG (Information Technology General) courses. Assure all course stay current and communicate routinely with ITG faculty to assure consistency among courses. Create and propose new courses to the Academic Dean.Goldey-Beacom College

Troubleshoot software/hardware issues as reported by faculty and staff. Run and create scripts as needed on SQL server. Create and modify webpages.Create and facilitate training for faculty, staff and students for software used at the College. Create detailed documentation on “how-to” for faculty, staff and students. Work closely with departments in analyzing procedures and assisting with processes, report writing and documentation. Assist students with accessing wireless networks. Create and notify students their information for network accounts. Provide support services for college-wide computing needs, and update the college website.Implemented and run the Certiport testing center for students and guests to take MOS, QuickBooks, and Adobe certification exams.

Maintained the registrar function of the College. Interpreted academic and financial aid policies and procedures for the entire college community. Assisted in the reconciliation of federal and state grant programs and student status confirmation reports. Acted as the lead computer person in the department.

Provided assistance to the Director, the Registrar and the Advisors. Processed preclaims assistance letters. Conducted federal student loan programs entrance and exit counseling.
