• Mondo Forma is a design studio, producing immersive experiences and events which integrate art and technology. We are proud to work with local artists and communities, co-creating unique multi-media installations that blend real-world and virtual experiences to tell a story.• Our flagship experience The Funhouse Toronto attracted over 25K visitors and 3M views online during its 6 month run. Since then, we’ve created experiences in partnership with brands like Google, Universal Music, the band Metric, and have also produced public art installations across Toronto.• I strategize with internal and external stakeholders to design solutions for complex productions, moving from ideation to implementation. • I also lead multiple teams, overseeing marketing & communications, events and programming, and operational staffing for each production.

• Led strategic initiatives and tech implementations within digital marketing, including CRM tools and marketing automation.• Pilot strategies in niche market development, producing multi-channel campaigns and market testing.• Coordinate the enterprise marketing plan, overseeing a cohesive marketing calendar for CIBC’s entire product and service lines.

• Using Agile methodology, I facilitated tech transformation projects, translating between end users and developers to capture integrated project requirements, perform user testing and provide end-user training. • Using Lean Six Sigma methodology, I designed workflows and optimized processes for large operational teams with complex, disparate tech systems.• While initializing a PMO, I developed automated reporting tools using VBA macros and SQL to consolidate project data from multiple sources.

Contributed to complex projects in Business Analyst and Process Engineer capacities, and acted as project lead for small projects for Wholesale Brokerage Operations. Selected Accomplishments:• Created business requirements, mockups, test cases and test strategy for the implementation of redesigned trade confirms and prospectuses. Interfaced with Legal counsel and with external vendors on behalf of numerous LOBs across CIBC, successfully implementing regulatory requirements and technology changes in under 9 months. • Facilitated focus groups within CIBC Private Investment Counsel (CPIC) to collect pain points and recommend end-to-end process optimizations for operations teams supporting CIBC’s high net-worth clients. • Operated under extremely tight timelines to capture business requirements for the redesign of a billing engine supporting Atlantic Trust.• Independently designed, built, and implemented a Workforce resource management tool, which was adopted department-wide to manage a total headcount of over 200 FTE.

Supported strategic and operational initiatives assisting CIBC and HLC remote mortgage sales force. Completed data analysis, reporting and change management tasks relating to the sales force’s compensation plan.Selected Accomplishments:• Researched and provided cost-Benefit analysis to move to from HomeBase (Mortgage Application and CRM platform) to alternative solutions.• Complete data analysis of PowerPoints loyalty points program for various metrics surrounding user adoption rate, program costs, and client satisfaction.• Worked with internal and external stakeholders to develop user experience and business requirements for piloted “HomeFinder” mobile app.• Supported a regulatory initiative to license CIBC’s mortgage salesforce with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Self-led the verification of eligibility, coordination of training, licensing and communication with the entire salesforce of over 200 Mortgage Advisors
