I also overhauled the rewards program with 3x more product suite, introduced experiences category and 1st upfront rewards program which led to 3x more spends and higher NPS at 50% lesser cost. In addition, I also led industry-first card regulatory projects such as card & overseas activation, EMV chip migration, and transaction alerts.
