As a senior member of the AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services talent acquisition team, I provided strategic talent acquisition support for a number of senior stakeholders for the APO. My focus was on external candidate recruitment strategies and execution methodologies to attract highly experienced and underrepresented talent across sales, operations, and technology solutions roles. I was leading weekly business reviews providing data-driven insights to keep hiring leaders apprised of trends and updates on our hiring goals. I also had the pleasure of mentoring and training junior recruiters on industry techniques and working with the business.

Producing Manager for Kforce corporate and field offices nationwide, specializing in identifying and onboarding leaders, account executives (sales), recruiters, and operational roles for the firm.
